ACTFL advises the following domain names be considered when making rubrics when it comes to three modes of interaction: Functions, Contexts/Content, Text Type, Language Control, Vocabulary, correspondence Strategies, Cultural Awareness (ACTFL Efficiency Descriptors for Language Learners).
